Build ID: 2000-08-28-08 Happens OS: Mac OS 9.0.4 Doesn't Happen OS: N/A to other platforms (no command key) Actual Results: nothing Expected Results: Page should stop loading Reason for Severity: Very important keystroke-if you are loading your home page and already checked it, etc. I use it almost every time I start up my browser. Reproducible? Yup. Load any page. Steps to reproduce: Load page (that take more than 1 sec preferrably-easier to see with larger pages)

does the Esc stop page loading? understandable that Command+period should do the trick. why isn't it implemented? cc'ing sfraser and tever. who would the right person to implement this?
Keywords: 4xp
It seems that Esc does the trick. Of course, its also almost impossible to tell if its loading *anything* since the Netscape logo in 2000-08-28-08 doesn't sing and dance...so you can't really judge well when to press "esc"-it it too soon? Too late? Has the page even started loading yet? Is it done? Etc...
Since Don has left, Vishy is taking his bugs in bulk, pending reassignment. thanks, Vishy
