In using the recent M4 release -- Simply, the "chrome" - the functionality bars (navigation, URL window, etc.) usually positioned at the top and bottom of the window - does not load when starting Apprunner from an MS-DOS prompt with a URL argument. I am able to load the page normally, sans the chrome... I have not erred, and did notice the "Usage: apprunner <url> <url>: a fully defined url string like http:// etc.." message. This bug is reproducible in all circumstances, upon this platform and machine, at least.
