All URLs describing content and appearance in the Prefs UI XUL need to become chrome: URLs.
OS: Mac System 8.5 → All
Priority: P3 → P2
Hardware: Macintosh → All
Target Milestone: M5
Set target milestone to M5; and changed priority to P2, and platform and OS to All. Matt, should we really fix this for M5?

This is all done. I just need to check it in and wanted to get mcmullen to approve it before but i might just do it anyways.....
