Followed the instructions specified in http://www.mozilla.org/directory/buildsdk.txt. From the doc >>> Netscape-developed tools (makedep.exe, txt2rc.exe, waitfor.exe), which are located in the mozilla\cmd\winfe\mkfiles32 directory >>> I downloaded the wintools from Mozilla and ofcourse, the LDAP C SDK (mozilla_src/mozilla), but couldn't find above mentioned tools anywhere... -

I think the build instructions are wrong. I suspect you need to checkout the tools separately. Did you try that, e.g., cvs co mozilla/cmd/winfe/mkfiles32 ? Or maybe the tools aren't needed at all? We plan to do some work on the SDK build process very soon to clean it up.
