From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20000914
BuildID: 2000091408
http://www.visualcafe.com/ the table element is not rendering correctly. It
appears that a line feed is happening after each menu item rather than
presenting nav bar as a single row. IE shows proper behavior.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.visualcafe.com/
2.observe improper top nav bar rendering.
Actual Results: See improperly rendered top nav bar.
Expected Results: Single row nav bar.

Confirmed with 2000-09-14-08 on Linux.
Tentatively changing OS to All.
Adding 4xp keyword.

It looks like another rowspan issue. Load the attachment in nav and then load it
in mozilla. Mozilla is wrapping the images (where each link is in an anchor
tag). If I remove the rowspan-3 they look pretty close.

Upon managerial request, adding the "testcase" keyword to 84 open layout bugs that
do not have the "testcase" keyword and yet have an attachement with the word
"test" in the description field. Apologies for any mistakes.
