User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2b2) Gecko/20091108 Firefox/3.6b2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4pre) Gecko/20090915 Lightning/1.0pre Thunderbird/3.0b4 Every second or third time I send mail, I get a password prompt saying the SMTP password was incorrect. Entering the same password and checking the 'remember' box works, but after sending a message or two the prompt comes back. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send mail. Get SMTP prompt. 2. Enter password, click 'remember' checkbox. 3. Send more mail, after two or three messages you'll be prompted again. Actual Results: Prompted for password every few messages. Expected Results: Password is remembered/submitted correctly. Using Lightning and the Google Calendar Provider addons, nothing else.
James could you try a bit without the calendar to see if it's the cause ?
Uninstalled all addons and still saw the behavior. I wonder if this is related to bug 121647?
I've been exploring this in the past week or so and I'm pretty sure it's a duplicate of 121647. Sorry for the noise.
