this page crashes win32 and linuxi686 every time
I don't see the crash on Linux 2000-09-17-06. I get a gray page with "E13" written in blue in the middle on the left side. The throbber slows down. CPU usage climbs to 100%.
no crash here with 091908 mozilla win32 or linux builds.

I also don't see a crash, but the CPU pegs at 100% and the trobber never stops throbbing. Closing the window returned everything to normal. Linux x86 2000091821
This is not a crasher for me, using Win32, 91905 build, Installer, running Windows ME. However, neither frameset loads and CPU usage is very high.
over to HTML Frames for further investigation.
