Pressing 'v' in editable field is acting like v+'Paste'

While editing the Properties field for one of my bookmarks, I noticed that on
pressing 'v' (lowercase only - upper case inserts a 'V' as expected), I get the
'v' plus the contents of the current clipboard placed into the editable field.
In fact, it seems to happen in any editable field - including the one I'm
filling this bug in. Intriguingly, shift+lowercase v does not do it, but with
CAPS LOCK on, shift+ uppercase V also reproduces the effect, so it is tied to
input of a lowercase v into the buffer and not purely to the key pressed.

Toby- what build ID # is this? If not the latest, please get the newest build
from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ and test it again. This
bug surfaced and was fixed some time ago, though it is possible it has come up
again.

For more detail: This appears to be a duplicate of bug 53750, and I cannot
duplicate it in either Linux or W2K. Toby, if you can find it in a brand new
build under NT, please report it here and we'll re-open the bug. Until then, I'm
marking it as a duplicate.
