Hi We are trying to create a search page with java. For the most people it works fine. But for people who have international letters like é (e with an accent) the problem occurs with LDAPEntry.getDN(). It seems to stop the network communication. The use who have the problem is named annie stahél When I try to use LDAPEntry.getDN() is only returns cn=Annie Stah where it is supposed to return something like cn=cn=Annie Stahél + Email=asta.aida@cbs.dk, ou=Employees, o=Copenhagen Business School, c=DK We made another entry without the é(accent e) it returns cn=Annie Stahel + Email=asta.aida@cbs.dk, ou=Employees, o=Copenhagen Business School, c=DK Like it should. LDAPv3 requires that strings be stored with UTF8 encoding.
