Re-assigning to Ed Burns (OJI module owner).
By the way, for PR 3 this should be expected behavior, with improved interface:
when you go to a page that requires Java, but you haven't installed Java 2
support, the browser will take you to a page that lets you download the Java XPI
module and installs it for you. I'm expecting this bug will be closed when you
get the PR 3 release soon.
As a matter of fact, it *should* work for you with today's Netscape-internal
commercial build. If not, would you please update the bug saying so? That way
we can track it down.

drapeau, noted that this is expected behavior. I filed this bug against the
internal commercial builds. Seeing it on both trunk and branch builds. Is the
change you expect me to see waiting to be checked in? if so I will look for it
on next smoketests. Otherwise, this should probably be marked invalid if this
is expected behavior from now on.
