build id: 1999042608 problematic on windows nt 4 sp 4 works as expected on mac os 8.5.1 to reproduce: launch apprunner. select file | open and open a local file. the local file opens, but the window in which it's opened is too big (about 40% bigger than the window opened by default at launch). i'm guessing that the window may also be too big for default 800x600 displays. expected result: the window that is opened should be the same size as the default window in apprunner (ie the same size as the page opened at launch of the app).

I am marking this fixed since new window from opening a file and a new window from a menu both open the same size window. the fancy fit to screen and remember last size have there own bugs.

now opens the same size
