Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; fr; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; fr; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6

I'm trying to save an image. The file selection dialog appears. So I'm navigating to the folder... And then, after a few seconds, a modal window pops up from Firefox's main title bar. It is empty and white: it apparently can't draw itself. However, the buttons of the file dialog (either Save or Cancel) become irresponsive, so Firefox hangs and I have to kill it.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
I've had it several times, only on Mac, but it seems to be non-deterministic.
Actual Results:
Right-click on an image, choose "Save as".

I have the feeling that this is a deadlock issue between the modal dialog that pops up from the title bar (which cannot even draw its contents), and the "main" file selection dialog.
Sounds like bug 476541. Can you mark as a dupe if so?
