[TESTCASE] The problems described in the summary no longer appear to appear, and the only remaining problem that I could see was the bug blue bar in the top frame, which is actually caused by an error in the markup (one of the columns has two cells in it, one with a width=2, the other with a width=88. IE is taking the top width as the column width, mozilla is taking the biggest width as the column width. I believe mozilla is correct). Marking WORKSFORME.
