Branch build 2000-10-09-09MN6: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04 Overview: According to the New Message/Compose spec the File menu should have a 'Send Now' menu item. Instead it only states "Send" Expected Results: A File|Send Now item should be present.
