We have several bugs which are not 5.0 product bugs. They belong to OS's that are supported by our OEM developers and/or net developers. We would like to take these bugs off "blank" Target Milestone and set to OEM as bugs for those folks to take care of. OEM Target Milestone description to go on: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/milestones/ would be: Bugs to be fixed by OEM partners and net contributors on various Unix platforms.

This does not make sense. If it is not going to be fixed for any defined milestone, then mark it LATER. If it it is gonna be fixed sometime before you ship, but you don't care when, mark it on the last milestone. If it's just really unimportant, crank down the priority. All of these things should suffice to get it off of your radar.
