This is to track: 1) Add t-r3-w764-{001...050}.build.mozilla.org to staging and production master configs. They will all run in staging first, but we should keep 5 in staging, and move rest to production when ready. 2) Add all to graphserver.
Summary: Setup 50 new win7 64bit buildslaves → Setup 50 new win7 64bit talos slaves
All being worked on now, or very soon.

Note that we end up with win7 64-bit builders for every single branch with this patch. The same thing happened for Mac 10.6, so I'm assuming we're OK to live with that. Fixing these configs to allow different platforms per branch is a different bug IMHO.

I imagine that we don't want to add talos for 1.9.0 where we're removing that elsewhere.
