Is this across all platforms? If so, pls change platform to "all".
Imap is only building on windows right now. So the platform/OS setting is right

Can't verify until bienvenu (or someone) tells us what the IMAP preferences should be.

Verified, 4_29 Win95. Verified that IMAP folder/message display works. Multiple account testing not done as part of this verification.
Reopening this bug per conversation with jefft and what I'm seeing on the 1999043008 build for windows. Jeff said they backed out some code because there was some flakiness in IMAP, which results in only seeing the Inbox not the other folders. That is what I'm seeing with this build.

I didn't think we were ready to have QA testing our IMAP stuff where we? In any case, we've been changing this stuff all day today. Looks in better shape now. Jeff, should we reclose it for QA to test with Monday's builds? What do people think about having QA look at this stuff now? Do you feel we're ready? My take is that it isn't worth there time when we know things aren't working. I know M6 is our target date for useable IMAP. Maybe we should target a date between now and M6 for when we feel QA should be able to get stable enough builds and expect a certain level of functionality? This is all my open...
No, we're definitely not ready. It might take less time to file non-bugs (e.g., loading a message worked for me one time!) then to file bugs on all the things that don't work).
We started looking at IMAP because I was basing this off a previous Milestone page that Phil had (before he modified his page on 4/24). If you tell us what is supposed to work, then we'll focus only on those parts of IMAP and file useful bugs for you guys. This is the best way as features get implemented in stages.
I agree with Scott and David. We are not quiet ready for prime time testing on imap yet. I guess we should leave it open so that we won't waste too much of people's time. And this shouldn't be a M5 stopper.

We could mark this as fixed although things may change dramatically in the near future. Folder discovery and downloading messages are pretty stable now.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
Marking as verified...IMAP generally works; specific IMAP bugs are being handled separately.
