Stephen, please check if this is fixed. If not, could you take a look at browser/themes/winstripe/browser/tabbrowser/tab.png and see if you can tweak the corners? Shouldn't have to touch any CSS for that.

I modified tab.png to fix this. Should be a simple image swap.
