Supported now. It always opens a new window, because until davidm provides a way of finding the frontmost browser window, and/or we have a global URL dispatcher, that's the best I can do.
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
