Er -- Can't we just have the Help menu as spec'd out in the Help menu UI? We've not seen this problem in earlier releases. I believe that the Mac interface rules force us to have "Balloon Help" as an item, but the rest of the items in the menu should be ours. If we append our Help items onto the MacOS items, that will be a *very* long (not to mention confusing) menu. Verified fixed on 1999083010 Mac OS build, and double checked 1999083010 Win32 build to ensure that its Help menu wasn't affected adversely in the process. Now, only a single Help menu appears. The menu's content deviates from the specification, but I assume that's an issue to address at a future date (given that none of the items are active).
