Tested 4-29-08 Win32 under Windows 95J and Winnt 4.0J.
Step of reproduce
1. Go to above URL
2. Select menu View|Default Character Set->Traditional Chinese (Euc-TW)
The Chinese characters in the page are not displayed correctly.

I put the wrong name "EUC-TW' instead of the right name "x-euc-tw" in the
navigator.xul
Should be a easy fix. But do we need this for M5 ?
