Paul's testcase from comment 1 works in nightlies[1] now, almost certainly because bug 552938's fix landed. Resolving as FIXED by bug 552938. [1] I tested it with: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0b3pre) Gecko/20100721 Minefield/4.0b3pre
