This error box shows up on each launch. Press ok and apprunner runs. This file (3 versions of it) exists on my system. Does not occur on Win95

Bill, do you see this happening on NT? Any idea what this could be?
Try this: create an empty plugins directory within the directory that holds apprunner.exe. See if the problem goes away. If it does, then this is another occurrence of the "bogus java plugin" problem that keeps popping up. Please report back on the results; I'll close this as a dup as soon as I get confirmation.
