Details
This bug is tracking a simple imap connection cache I wrote the other day. Since
we're checking it into the tree under M5, we want to have a bug to use as an
electronic trail in case I break something outside of imap. But of course I
won't =).

Changing resolution to fixed.

Moving all Mail/News Networking bugs to Mail/News Networking-Mail
This may re-open previously Verified bugs due to a Bugzilla bug...if so, I will
fix those bugs.
