Details
The OS is AIX 4.2.1. The test machine is wildaix.mcom.com.
The NSPR release is 3.1.1.
The sel_spd test, optimized build, sometimes hangs
on AIX 4.2. The debug build does not have this problem.
This may be related to bug #5757 (The sel_spd test hangs
on some HP-UX 11.00 machines).

I'm unable to reproduce this bug now (on itchy.mcom.com,
AIX 4.2.1; wildaix.mcom.com, AIX 4.3.3; raven.mcom.com,
AIX 4.3.3). I'm going to assume that it is the same bug
as bug #5757 (the test calls PR_Wait without checking the
predicate).
