Details
In apprunning, the first editor window you create works fine. If you close
that, and create another one, you can't type into the second window, or any
subsequent editor windows you create.

This is fixed now.
I'm re-opening this bug because, now when I open a 2nd editor
window, it comes up as a blank page that doesn't display
the pre-loaded text and I can't do anything inside this second window
happens on all platforms..

This was because of a malformed JS file, which ducarroz checked in a fix for.
