I don't know exactly how to reproduce this, but I've seen it several times when I've disconnected Sera and reconnected - I crash in this routine. Someone must be closing the db out from under us. This bug is to remind me to track this down.

I've attached the fix for this as a diff on the 6.0 branch - I haven't been able to build it, however, since I don't have enough disk space for a full 6.0 tree.

David, can you provide more info for me to verifying this bug? Should need other developer to help for verifying this bug if this need to be verified on the code?
well, I saw this a lot when I was running under Sera - if I had a few imap folders open, and then sera disconnected me, and I reconnected and then reselected the folders (without shutting down Netscape), I would eventually crash. If you don't have sera access, I'm not sure how you would try to reproduce this.
Thanks David for providing info. Verified fix on WinNT 01-04-17-MTEST build Crash is not occurring anymore when selecting/opening folders while connecting/disconnecting from the SERA. I don't have SERA setup for Linux & Mac platforms, I will check with other QAs to see whether this bug can be verified on other platforms......

Karen - check with Grace Bush or Peter for verification of Mac and Linux platforms. I don't believe that we have Sera available for Mac or Linux, but check with them.
I did check with Peter. He mentioned that there is no Sera software for Mac or Linux that he knows of. Since this bug is original logged for WinNT and I did verify on WinNT platform, I am marking as verified for this bug. If anybody has the problem on other platforms, please reopen this bug then.

Does Virtual PC make this testable for Mac? I don't know if the Sera connection can be shared out of the Virtual PC environment or not.
