When you select small-caps text, for example the "This Text Is Small-caps" bit of demo 0 (the one which appears when the viewer app is started), the selection code uses the non-small-capped font-size to work out how far should be selected.

*To Repro 1. Launch apprunner and either load the above url or select Debug|Viewer Demos|#0 Basic Stlyes. 2. Locate the text that reads 'This Text Is Small-caps'. 3. Click and hold (select) starting from the left and drag slowly to the right. *Actual Results If you go slow you will notice that there is an offset between the pointer and the text you are selecting. As you drag this offset or space grows as the error propagates for the reason the reporter mentioned. *Expected Results The end of the the selected area should closely coincide with the mouse pointer. *Build Info This bug is reproducible for Win32, Linux, and Mac on the 1999050508 builds (apprunner).
