Details

In the editor, mousing over a link should not change the icon the the hand/pointer indicating that you can click on the link. When you click on a link, it should locate the caret in the link, not try to load the URL into the editor

This is a partial dup of a bug that Joe recently fixed. He fixed the clicking on a link part, but not the change in icon when you move the mouse over a link. Sujay: Could you please track down the dup? I changed the summary on this bug to address just the icon issue. I'll let Mike and Joe decide who will do it.
