Viewer crashes when a form control gets focus and the document is switched. Can be reproduced by viewing test8 clicking inside a text field and then switching documents. Any fix should also be tested by viewing test9 (frameset test) and then switching to test1.

Verified fixed using 2.1.99 builds on Win32 & Mac OS, as well as 1.29.99 Linux build. Checked both scenarios described in bug report, as well as changing focus outside of Viewer to another application's window. [Note that the test9 ---> test1 scenario wasn't checked on Mac, since test1 reproducibly crashes the Mac builds. Please re-open for later verification if desired.]
