User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.13) Gecko/2009073022 Firefox/3.0.13 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) FBSMTWB Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.11) Gecko/20101013 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.5 I have a saved search folder that combines all my mail. I normally view mail sorted by date descending. I set <view <sort by <threaded to view threads. When you open a thread it is sorted opposite - ascending while the mail is sorted descending. Viewing sorted by date ascending sorts as you would expect. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Created a saved search folder. (it acts the same if you put the mail in a single folder) 2.set <view <sort by <threaded to view threads 3.view date descending Actual Results: When you open a thread it is sorted opposite - ascending while the mail is sorted descending. Viewing sorted by date ascending sorts as you would expect Expected Results: The thread should sort descending.
