Links have stopped working based on an if statement in some new selection code.
jevering, I assume I can have permission to check in this fix?
rods checked in fix for this into Stability branch. Fix checked in already to tip.

Links definitely work in the current builds, excepting relative URLs broken (as documented in bug #2110). Thus, marking as verified. Please re-open if there's more to this bug than meets the CRT.
Per a request from Selection and Search component eng (mjudge) and qa (elig), moving all "Selection and Search" bugs to new "Selection" component. Original "Selection and Search" component will be retired.
