The top border of the thin border frame that surrounds the download entries in the Downloads Manager is not correctly placed. It is slightly behind the entries. I've included a screenshot to better illustrate what I am talking about.

Notice how the corners circled in blue look incorrect compared to the corners circled in red. This is because the top of the border is offset too far down.
