this is because I'm not properly heeding the list of message headers already received. assigning this bug to myself to track it.

this has nothing to do with qa. I created this bug to keep track of things. nothing for par to validate.

this is fixed. the problem was I wasn't heeding the article set. here's how to test it: select a newsgroup click get message wait for it to finish click get message again. (before it would down load all the messages twice. now it shouldn't.) post a message to that newsgroup click get message again. only that 1 new message should get dowloaded.
