When the tabs are in the title bar then the active tabs border isn't symmetric and a dark pixel is sticking out in the Navigation toolbar.

No steps required.
Actual Results:
A dark pixel appears in the top of the Navigation toolbar.Th
Expected Results:
The top of the Navigation toolbar should look homogenous.
