I have a js that put an alert when a session is going over.
If I have open a 'select file dialog' to upload file and js show an alert. I not able to close any of them:((. I have to use 'force quit'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a js script to show an alert after 30 sec
2. create a form for file upload
3. load that page and open file upload dialog and wait for the alert
4. Alert come and you not able to close any of windows/ alert or upload dialog or browser/
