Build Identifier:
When creating a new message filter, there should be the possibility to create a duplicate of an existing filter and then modify it.
It is very common that you want to create a filter very similar to an existing one, so the obvious way would be copy it and then modify it. Currently there is no way to do so and you have to always manually create every new filter entirely from scratch.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools / Message Filters
Actual Results:
If you want to create a new filter very similar to an existing one but a bit different, you have to create it from scratch, and remember all the settings of the original filter so as to recreate them in the new filter.
Expected Results:
On the right, next to the "new", "edit" and "delete" buttons, a "duplicate" button should exist. When you click it, a filter identical to the selected one should be created and you should then be able to edit it
