So keeping two buttons for the same thing may be redundant. Reproducible: Always

Assigning to Alex to see if this is really something we'd like to do and, if so, whether it should be done for fx4. My first reaction is that it's too late for fx4 to do this.

I thought we are going to implement bug 630792 but it's unlikely to happen for fx4 so re-opening this bug.
Redundant until they undo this mess that regressed standard windows behavior, so this actually will probably need to stay in because they are considering backing out the close button closing down Panorama bug and we will still need a way to exit Panorama and Firefox.
There's no major functional problem with having the button stay in, afaict, so not holding back the entire release for this. If there's UX consensus and a patch ready to roll before the Firefox 4 train leaves the station, then nominate for approval. -> blocking-

The button serves a dual UI function. Not only does it close Panorama, but it also identifies that you are in Panorama. As we are currently adding the Panorama icon to other places in the Fx UI (right-click menu, etc), the icon provides visual context as well as functionality. Bug 630792 is unlikely to change these reasons, ideally it would merely move/restyle the icon. For the above reasons I think this bug is invalid, not a dupe.
