Details

using 5/13 build of apprunner. 1) launch apprunner 2) launch editor from task menu 3) highlight some text 4) apply bold, italic, or underline it doesn't work, this 5/13 build is hosed....things that used to work before are busted.

This was actually the result of a change Mike made which affects the outcome of selection->GetIsCollased(). Charlie just checked in a fix.

verified in 5/14 build.
