Minor display problem. It looks like we're doing the "right" thing based on the content, but it's not what Nav4 does. Nav4 seems to ignore the trailing <br>'s in each cell, while we render them (use visual debugging to see what I mean)

fixed. it finally turned out (after many other bug fixes) to be a spurious "line-height" in the ua.css :-)
