Details
Using 5/13 builds on all platforms, no forms are being submitted.
/res/samples/test8.html is an easy example. Simply hit Go, and nothing seems to
happen. It should do a look up.
This blocks wallet testing, so marking as such.

This was fixed this afternoon, by Eric. I don't have the bug number to mark this
a duplicate.
