can't get to "My UPS.COM"

Details
In the upper left hand corner of www.ups.com, there is
a blue hotspot called "Login to My UPS.COM"; the hotspot
is linked to "https://www.ups.com/servlet/login".
Clicking this hotspot does nothing in mozilla.
Clicking this hotspot in netscape 4.76 get you to their login+password prompt.
