build id: 1999051408 platform: windows nt the preferences window is resizable. expected result: it should not be resizable (this is standard for preferences and other modal dialogs / windows).

I think it should be resizable too. I can't see a reason for it not to be. The only way a user will be "suprised" is pleasantly. The same goes for other modal dialogs where expansion would be useful.
