Build ID: 2001011204, Windows 2000 (Simon saw this on Mac).
Summary: Your msg body will show up as blank when you respond to a msg with a
charset of RESERVED and you reply using HTML.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change your Account Settings to "Compose using HTML".
2. Grab and view the attached msg.
3. Reply, adding some text above the quoted/inline text using HTML formatting.
4. Get Msg.
Expected Results:
You should be able to display both the original quoted text and the new, HTML text.
Actual Results:
The body of the msg appears blank.

This is probably a dupliacte of Bug 50724.
There the problematic charset name is ISO-2022-KR.
But the bug there is really an instance of a general
problem of not handling the MIME charset for which Mozilla
does ot have a converter. In such a case, we might fall back
to the default send charset.

Yup, this also worksforme with build 2001-12-10-03, Windows 2000. I'll attach
proof ;-)
