Details
If I try to open a local HTML file in viewer, the URL bar gets a file URL
that looks like:
file://Development:Mozilla
build:src:mozilla:editor:ui:composer:content:EditorInitPage.html
which is rather broken (wrong path separators).

It used to work. I guess it comes from John's latest changes.
