From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.16-22 i686; en-US; 0.7) Gecko/20010111 BuildID: 2001011118 My sent mail is stored in a folder named "Sent Items" on the IMAP sever (ala Outlook Express). Mozilla generates two IMAP folders -- one named "Sent Items" and one named "Sent%2520Items". I can not unsubscribe the %2520 folder, nor delete it. It is not actually on the mail server, and gets recreated automatically if I manually remove it from the localstore.rdf and panacea.dat config files. The "Sent Items" folder entry seems to be encoded in URL form in the config files as "Sent%20Items" which would explain where the %2520 comes from. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an IMAP folder named "Sent Items". 2. Specify sent mail to be stored on the IMAP server in "Sent Items". 3. Quit mail, and then restart it. Actual Results: Another folder is generated which is named "Sent%2520Items". Expected Results: It shouldn't be there.

An update or even a reassign on this bug would be appreciated. Thanks. I cannot test this myself since I have no imap account. Reporter have you been able to find a workaround for this, or did you find the cause of the problem? Thanks!
This worksforme just fine using POP so must be imap only
Worksforme on 041014 linux and 041004 win32 mozilla builds. I was able to create a "Sent Mail" folder and set it as the place to store sent mail. i restarted and the folder was correctly named and functional
