Details
In the browser File menu, the items "Open", "Print Setup" and "Print" should
have "..." appended to their names, since they bring up dialogs.

"Preferences" item on Edit menu is still missing "...". Also, extra space
characters between "Open" and "Print Setup" and the "..." should be taken out.
