In some pages with an image submit control inside a table, the control will not get any mouse events, so the form will not be submitted. www.nbc.com/tvcentral has a GO image control that fails. www.sportszone.com has a search image control that fails. On other pages with an image submit, the submit needs to be clicked twice. test8 is an example of this. The problem here is that mouse enter is not being seen by the control.

The listed urls are different than when the bug was filed. This was probably fixed when the image submit buttons started using the mouse grabber interface.
