Details
Run apprunner, open an editor window. Click in the text. Hit the left and
right arrow keys. They should move the caret around, but nothing happens.

This is a UMR in the range code, that was a typo left over from Mike converting
stuff from frames to content. Fix in hand, reviewed mjudge.
