We need a color picker!

is this line 191 on sfraser's schedule (M9)? Sujay--could you clarify if this bug is for having the color picker widget or being able to apply color properties?

Simon: Do you want this? I planned to work with Pavlov concerning its design, who is now tasked for the browser's color picker.
